Sub-Processors
Effective Date: 3 June 2026
Introduction
This page lists third-party organizations (“Sub-Processors”) that may process Personal Data on behalf of Qualithm Ltd. (“Qualithm”, “we”, “us”, “our”) as part of providing the Services.
Sub-Processors are engaged to support hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, monitoring, and payment processing. Each Sub-Processor is bound by written agreements that include confidentiality and data-protection obligations equivalent to those in our Data Processing Addendum.
Current Sub-Processors
As of 20 November 2025, the following Sub-Processors support the Services:

Notification of Changes
We provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before adding or replacing a Sub-Processor, except where a shorter timeframe is required for continuity or legal compliance.
If you raise an objection on reasonable data-protection grounds, we will work in good faith to resolve the issue. If unresolved, either party may terminate affected Services in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
