Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the rules and restrictions that govern your use of the products, platforms, applications, interfaces, and related offerings (“Services”) provided by Qualithm Ltd. (“Qualithm”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. Capitalised terms have the meanings defined in the Terms of Service.
If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or restrict access to the Services in accordance with the Terms.
Scope
This AUP applies to:
- you as an Account holder;
- all Users you authorize under your Account;
- any Devices, systems, or applications connected to the Services;
- interactions with Qualithm systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Services to engage in, encourage, or enable any of the following:
Unlawful Activities
- violations of applicable laws or regulations;
- unauthorized access to systems, devices, or data;
- distribution of malware, spyware, or harmful code;
- fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.
Security Violations
- probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without permission;
- bypassing or attempting to circumvent authentication or security controls;
- interference with network integrity or performance;
- deliberate actions that degrade or disrupt the Services.
Abuse, Harassment, or Harm
- harassment or threats against individuals or organizations;
- content that is abusive, discriminatory, or intended to cause harm;
- using the Services to stalk, defame, or exploit another person.
Misuse of Services
- creating excessive load or traffic beyond reasonable use;
- operating high-risk systems without our prior agreement;
- using the Services to generate or host misleading or harmful content;
- using automation, scraping, or programmatic access in ways that violate our technical controls or rate limits.
Intellectual Property Violations
- infringing trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary rights;
- distributing content without the necessary rights or licenses;
- misrepresenting your relationship with Qualithm.
Misuse of Personal Data
- processing Personal Data without a lawful basis;
- collecting or transmitting Personal Data in violation of privacy laws;
- attempting to re-identify anonymised or pseudonymised data;
- sharing Personal Data with unauthorized third parties.
Device and Automation Requirements
If you connect Devices, agents, or automated systems to the Services, you must ensure they:
- operate securely and do not introduce vulnerabilities;
- transmit accurate and lawful data;
- use authentication tokens and credentials securely;
- comply with usage limits, quotas, or instructions communicated by us.
Your Responsibilities
- maintain the security of your Account, Users, Devices, and integrations;
- ensure your use complies with all applicable laws;
- ensure your content and Device data do not violate this AUP;
- respond promptly to requests regarding security, abuse, or compliance issues;
- notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or other security incidents.
Enforcement
We may take action if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, including:
- warning notices;
- temporary throttling or rate limiting;
- suspension of affected features or integrations;
- full Account suspension in serious or repeated cases;
- termination of the Services in accordance with the Terms.
We may also cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or third-party complainants where required or permitted by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP to reflect changes in the Services, security requirements, or legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable.
